Problem with ASI1600MM

Hi,

I've an issue connecting to my ASI1600MM I'm not quite sure where it is but might be due to the most recent driver. The only program that seems to be able to run the camera, including cooling, successfully is SharpCap 3.1. I have the same problem in ASICap, Voyager and The SkyX; sometimes I manage to get a few subs out of the camera but mostly not plus the cooler won't work properly. I do also have an ASI2600MC so need the latest driver in order to run that camera.

Would be grateful if you could help out.

Edit: this seems to have been a software issue, now sorted.

Hi Robert,

You could try use another USB cable, power supply, computer. Or update the ASCOM and native drive. And then use our ASIStudio.
