My ZWO and the moon

hi,

I've been trying to use my 290mc camera to shoot images of the moon with my zenithstar 73 telescope , but no matter how hard I try, I just can't get a sharp picture. It always seems like it is just getting there when the focuser on the scope runs out of travel. My DSLR moon shots are fine.

Is it something I just won't be able to do with the 290 because of the scope's focal length?

Hi Jeff,

Have you tried using the zenith mirror on the telescope?

Could you please tell us what software did you use? And what settings have you try? Did you download the latest camera driver?
