Problem with N.I.N.A and EFW (7x36)

Hello!

At my remote observatory, I tried to use N.I.N.A to control equipment, but problems arose and I contacted N.I.N.A's support. I registered a ticket, and I was advised to contact the manufacturer of the filter wheel in order for you to release a driver update.

Hi Denis,

Sorry for the late response. As you state before, "There are no errors during test shooting in MaximDL or ASIStudio." It means the EFW is working fine, so it maybe the driver problem. You can download the ASCOM driver from our website, there is the link for your reference: https://astronomy-imaging-camera.com/software-drivers
