ASIAIR Pro and Vixen SXP Mount/ Starbook-10 Time Retrieval Problem

Hi,

I’m an ASIAIR Pro newbie and have so far successfully gone through the processes of doing a polar alignment and other basic functions such as taking an image, plate solving, focusing with an EAF, etc. One thing concerns me - When I connect the ASIAIR Pro to my Vixen SXP mount using a Cat5 cable between the ASIAIR Pro and Starbook-10 (version 3.30) hand controller, the connection is successful (I can control the mount’s movements with the IOS app ) BUT the Time Zone and Time fields are not populated by values retrieved from the Starbook-10. Is this a known bug? Does it cause problems with the Goto function? If so, is there a way to manually enter these values into the IOS app?

After posting my initial request for help, at someone's suggestion I upgraded my Starbook10 from version 3.3 to version 5.1 then reconnected to the mount/ Starbook and still the "Time Zone" and "Time" fields remain empty.
