I have ASI 128 MC Pro. a few weeks old and has run ok until now.
The camera connects to the computer and seems to work ok until it gets to download the image at which point nothing happens for a while then an EXPOSURE FAILED message appears. I have changed computers, software, cables and power supplies but the fault is persistent and consistent.
Also when using the ASI suite when the camera is connected the fan stops.
I will be happy to try any other solution or test but I feel that this fault is beyond my skill set.
Could you please advise a course of action?
