I am using a ASI6200MM and I appear to be getting hot pixels in images that have been calibrated with bias, dark and flatfield frames. I am wondering what the cause of this is, and whether the offset setting has got something to do with it. I am used to using a CCD camera, so the CMOS settings of the ASI6200 are new to me. Any advice?
I should add that I am in the southern hemisphere and thus heading straight into summer, so my target cooled temperature is -15 C. This has been achieved for the frames in question.
