ASI290MC + NexStarEvolution 8. Impossible to use ST4 guiding

Hello,
I am treating to enable the autoalling in Firecapture but it is not working 🙁.
I have my camera connected to the NexStar base base via ST4,and the camera connected via USB to my PC. I configured the HARDWARE>>Telescope setting, indicating that I want to use "Camera internal ST4 port" and theorically everything is ok.
Green arrows interface appears in the screen, but when I click on them nothing is happening and by that reason autoguiding is not working. It is like the correction commands where not sent from the camera to the telescope base.

I have also the same situation in ASIStudio.

Would anybody help me?.

We suggest you use a multimeter to test if the ST4 cable working fine, also test if the commands signal can come out from the camera.
