For weeks i have been frustrated with the color that this camera produces. Now someone suggested that I use a UV/IR cut filter. I have an Optolong L-Pro filter which I just used to take an image in my LR and it makes a notable difference. I don’t understand why your website didn’t tell me that such a filter is necessary or I would have used my L-Pro filter or bought a UV/IR cut filter weeks ago.
Just to be sure, is one of these filters necessary to image planets with this camera? Because I thought that a UV/IR filter was fitted as default. If so that needs to be explicitly stated on your website. Also, am I better off using L-Pro filter or UV/IR cut filter?
