I've been uploading runtime logs to ZWO support and have been doing this from the luxury of my home, therefore can use home wifi (since weather is bad and I'm doing less than basic stuff since v1.5 App is giving me some grief).

However I generally tend to image from field and ipad would be connected to local ASIAIR pro hotspot, ipad doesn't have celluar network and my personal phone sometimes doesn't get 4g or 3g signal.

Therefore can there be a feature request that if a User has any issue and would like to provide feedback/runtimelog/screenshot they can gather the information at that moment but then send it later when they are at home using home wifi.

If there are multiple issues that need to be sent during a session then each issue is labelled and can be sent separately when around a proper wifi network.

keramos EXCELLENT suggestion! I've been struggling to send logs since I always have to use a local hotspot to stay connected with the AAP, although I have finally learned that I can TRY to send the feedback (it fails) and then while keeping the feedback screen on my tablet I can switch WiFi to my home network (with internet) and then repeat the feedback attempt. That works.

may I also add that there is some sort of ticket system (like any other tech support framework) so that the issue can be tracked and a referenced.

I’m sure ZWO gets tons of logs and feedback for issues via the app, this might be helpful.

Moreover I’ve got no response from any of the logs I’ve updated, so would be easier to quote ticket number when I do get back to support.

I can’t just hope some has looked at them logs! 🙄

This is indeed a BIG omission in the log submittal. If there's an issue that can only be replicated in the field, and you have no internet access there, then the log submittal feature is unusable. You have a device that's going to be used out in the field so how can you put in a feature that'll only work properly if you have an active internet connection?
