I have a remote setup in Spain with two eaf focussers. Last week one of the focussers would not connect in sgp ( firmware was to old !!)... The other focusser worked just fine then.. I tried to download the new firmware but got the wessage that it failed to do so! When i check the device manager the focusser is called " ZWO BOOT ", and has a yellow triangle near it (error). When i click on it , i get the message driver not installed. When i double click and open it , and try to download the drivers , i get the message " drivers already installed"!!.
I deleted all the zwo drivers and reinstalled them with the latest vesion, but no result!!
Last night i got the same message and problem with the other focusser...so dead in the wather!!
Can anyone help me ?
