294MC Pro cannot download images

I bought a 294MC Pro a short time ago and tried setting it up this evening. It will connect to several programs (NINA, Sharpcap, and APT) via USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 (using all cables included). I cannot get live view in any program and when I attempt an image capture, the image will not download. Any help is very appreciated.

In Nina at least there is a setting called USB limit or something similar. Initially set this as low as possible, usually 40. If there is a setting called high speed download, uncheck it. Also do not connect via an usb hub. Also you need to have the native ZWO cameradriver installed, even if you use Ascom drivers to connect.

I have the ZWO native driver installed and I am connected directly to the computer USB ports. I'll try setting the USB limit to 40 and uncheck the high speed download. Thanks for the help.

When I went to change the USB limit it was already at 40. I unchecked the high speed download, still no luck. The ASICAP software will take and download an image but the image is black. I have the camera set on 30 second exposure, bin 1x1, gain 100 offset 30.
I have emailed ZWO but no response. Anyone have any other ideas?
