EAF and Takahashi fs60

Hi,
The fs60 is not listed in the compatible scopes on the zwo web site.
Some dealers publish additional info on their web site, some listing the fs60 and others explicitly saying it is incompatible.
Please precise if compatible with the proposed Takahashi adapter set.

The focusing knob of the FS60 is different and lighter than the sisters one.
There is barely a hole to screw in the EAF mounting plate.

It will work, but you will have to be creative with adapter plates/bolts to hold the EAF.
Or you could consider mounting with teeth wheels and belt (3D printer GT2 belt/pinions) using other mounting threaded holes on Tak. (As I did on my MAK127)

But this not listed is certainly due to lack of mounting holes compares to bigger Tak refractor.

You have one, it is not on the list...

Errors may happen...
The FS60 is not on the list from the ZWO web site.
But it is on various dealers sites.
And it is in the list from the ZWO Astronomy Camera shop on AliExpress - which, unless I am wrong, is owned by ZWO (vendeur 311206 SuZhou, Jiangsu, China).

Looks pretty close to ZWO adapter, and as I mentioned, not many threaded hole to use.
Ensure you have a couple of same thread screws, slightly longer...
Nothing worse than being ready and missing the right lenght of screw....mostly if only one is needed.

What tool did you use to remove the original fastener where you now have that phillips screw w/washer?
And, it looks like you had to also remove the focus knob on the opposite side of the electronic focuser....so, you can't focus manually now?

This is not mine. It is just a FS60 with an electric focuser.
If you want to manually focus, you get the EAF advanced pack with manual control.

But electric focuser rarely have clutch allowing to manually use the focuser itself.
