1600mm Failed

Last night my 1600mm completely failed I think. No image will show up and if it does its only the top and all glitchy. Software will connect fine but no images or failed to download error.

I've tried multiple computers, software, power and usb cables (usb 2 and 3) and no change. I've also emailed support with no reply yet.

Forgot to add I've also tried USB speeds from 40 and up. Nothing else plugged into the USB ports. gain 0 to 100 and exposures 100ms to 20 seconds. Nothing makes a difference.

I exact failure in my asi1600mm-pro. In Sequence Generator Pro, it just keep downloading. On ASI Studio, it will say exposure failed. in Sharpcap, no preview at all. All software can connect to the it, and cooler is working too. Have tried to change USB speed, no different. Tried with another PC and another USB cable also no different. Please advice if anything else can be check before I send back for repair.
