Gain slider not working on ASICAP

Using ASI1600GT camera. ASICAP V2.1.2 both windows x64 and linux x64. If the exposure time is set for 2s or higher adjusting the gain control slider or number often has no effect. If you reduce the exposure to 1s or less it works fine. I think the same is happening in auto run mode. Going to try upgrading software.

Nop same problem on v2.3. Anything above 1s make the gain setting unreliable.
