For my Orion ED80T CF, I use a Kendrick 4" Heater Strap with an RCA/5.5mm patch cable which allows it to plug it into the ASIAIR Pro.
I use this for telescope and guide scope, both connected to external battery pack.

I use PrimaluceLab, but come with RCA connector... Which is ok, as I use a Pegasus Astro PocketPowerbox Advance, which contrary to ASIAir Pro can handle dew heater in Auto mode. It also serve as a "deluxe" USB3.0/USB2.0 hub.
