ZWO company does not take care of its customers

I write this post because the treatment received by this company in terms of dealing with the client does not seem serious to me.

Last July I bought a REFRIGERATED ZWO ASI 294MC PRO COLOR CCD CAMERA.

The unit came for some reason in poor condition and I could not even release it.

We are at the beginning of December and I still do not have a solution to the problem.

I honestly don't think it's anything serious ...
