Zwo071mc pro has weird trace on frames you can see lower and upper corner like straight line -15 tec no icing problem . ı did very agresive strech to see lines. No calibration frames 3 minx5 subs.anyone know about this issue. First use of cam and darks has no this traces

ı checked no mail. Today I opened and cleaned sensor with zwo manual but it is sensor defectivenes I thnink it is always there. This is naked sensor flat also this lines are not just right corner , upper right upper left.

I’ll do as cansincokol and see if I get defects on the flats (my camera is also two weeks old).

Our brand new ASI071 also produces the same mottled areas, we have had to crop or discard many lights and series of stacked, live pictures.
what is causing this? We have never seen this in a picture before.
Should we return the brand new camera ( two weeks old) and replace it with ...?

ZWO said me it is normal but it is not. I cleaned sensor lines still there it is clearly sensor defect.This flat taken directly on naked sensor. I am regretfull for bought zwo071mc. I will go for QHY 168 or 268 next days. ZWO quality control is awful. People should think 2 times to buy zwo cameras! @keramos @robin rice

Hi, so I took some flats, and this is what I see...line going from top of frame towards the bottom.

If I swap the camera to DSLR, all is good.

I'm contacting the retailer and going to send it back through them.

FYI I too have received the camera in last two weeks, I wonder if it is a bad batch?

I cleaned the protective glass and it’s still there, I tired a few things and the only time the line goes away is if I change cameras.

Can’t see anything visually on the sensor or glass, but could be either a scratch or micro fibre.

I’ll wait for the retailer to get back to me..
