I have a Windows 10 PC and the driver for my new ASI 4562MC shows a conflict in the Device Manager with a code 28. Clicking update driver for the directory in the ZWO_USB_Cameras_driver folder does not make Windows find it. Initially, nothing happened but second or third time, Windows found the device. It looked okay but after scanning the hardware for changes, the error message came up. The camera is not recognized by ASI Studio or Firecapture either. I have tried two different cables, two different USB ports. I have disabled the driver, turned off antivirus. Running out of ideas. My ASI 290MM works fine, just this new camera.
