ASIAir Pro will not boot when AP Mach1GTO Mount Connected

If I connect the USB cable between my ASIAir Pro and my Astrophysics Mach1GTO mount (GTOCP4), then power on the ASIAir Pro unit, it will not boot (I waited for over 2 minutes). If I unplug the cable to the mount, the ASIAir Pro will finish booting (beep) within 15-20 seconds, then I can plug the cable to the mount back into the unit and everything works fine. Also, if I leave the cable to the mount unplugged before powering on the ASI Pro, the unit will also boot normally, then I can plug the cable to the mount into the ASIAir Pro. Is this normal behavior?

This is not normal but it is hard to tell what is the root cause. We recommend you keep the way you are doing now or you can try other USB ports on ASIAir Pro.
