ASI294 will not subframe correctly at bin 2x2

My ASI294 does not subframe correctly at bin 2x2. Sub framing works correctly at bin 1x1. I have sent two requests to technical support for help with this issue with no response. Maybe someone else has seen this problem or can tell me when to expect a response from ZWO technical support.

I have also seen this problem and have sent a bug report to ZWO support.
I am using a recently purchased a ZWO ASI294MM Pro camera with the unlocked bin x1 mode.
I am using the camera with MaximDL v6.21 and FocusMax v4.1.0.102 for imaging. I have the ASI Native Camera driver v3.0.0.11 and ASCOM driver v6.5.1 installed. I am controlling the camera using MaximDL through ASCOM.
Calculation of sub-frame dimensions and coordinates in bin x1 is correct.
However, when I image and focus the camera in bin x2 I get sub-frame errors. There is an error in calculating the bin x2 sub-frame dimensions and coordinates with the ASCOM driver.
The ASCOM driver fails to locate the sub-frame window within the image and read the sensor correctly which causes a series of problems focussing and imaging with the camera at bin x2.

This is now fixed in ASI ASCOM driver v6.5.1.3. Thank you for the rapid response to my bug report. Great work ZWO.
