Best cam for a C8 with Hyperstar

Hello friends
I plan to purchase 2 ZWO cameras for my Celestron C8 with HyperStar 8 v4 f/1.9, one color and one monochrome;
But still I would like to use it sometime at the back of my scope with the Celestron Focal reducer f/6;3
So watt is the best camera I can purchase ?
A: Top level price (Color & Monochrome) ?
B: Middle level price (Color & Monochrome) ?
Naturally without vignetting (or very, very light one that can be easily fixed with flats)
Not having to much over or under sampling in OK Seeign condition
I have to say I will prefer a large sensor because I want to capture large object like the moon, Andromeda and Orion, but i'm afraid APSC Crop sensor will make vignetting

According to what you said, looks like 6200 is the best for you.

@tech@zwo#42339 This is a full frame sensor, so it will not work on a C8 with a Hyperstar ! There will be vigneting no ?

And why are you recommending a (expensive) full frame camera for the C8 Hyperstar that only has an image circle of 28mm?

Good evening everyone!

Basically four years later I am asking the same question again.

What camera would you recommend that I get myself?

I am just looking for a colour camera, for use with a C8 with a hyperstar v4.

Looking at buying one camera for use on the hyperstar or to use it on the rear on the t-adapter

owning an EdgeHD 8“ with Hyperstar v4 myself i chose the 2600MC Pro. Look for this combination on astrobin and you won’t find images with a lot of vignetting. To me the images look more than just acceptable.

The 6200 is the most expensive option to buy from ZWO – of course they recommend it. But besides the costs you would need plenty of storage for the images. The more megapixel, the more storage and the more processing power/time is needed.
