Firmware Update issue

Just got my first ASIAIR Pro and have had issues with initial setup preventing successful firmware update. Haven’t been able to get past this part and access the device for any use.
On both ASIAIR wifi and with it hardwired to my home network with an app on my home network this doesn’t work.
The device is seen on my network, seems to load properly and beep as it is supposed to.
Is there a way to update firmware with it hardwired to a computer?
Is this some issue with the firmware? My device OS? I am using iPhone XS with iOS version 14.2.
Any suggestions?

I still have not had any response from support.
I still have not been able to get past the firmware update attempts. I have tried using a back up OS on a new memory card and can't get this to work either, won't even beep like it is working properly.
I have tried everything I can think of but am getting very frustrated with this piece of hardware.
This is all I have ever been able to see with the app.

Problem solved -
New SD card purchased, backup downloaded and image file saved. Copied the licence file from SD card that came with the device and swapped it for the one on the restore card.
Worked.
The factory SD card never worked, but something may have happened when I backed it up (which I did before using it for the first time)?
Thankfully this forum actually helped solve the problem for me.
