Mount connected

I have a Skywatcher eqm35 pro. I am trying to connect it to the asiair pro via the cable in the picture but it is not detected. Where am I wrong? Thanks

We recommend to use EQMod cable(Mount:Hand Controller port->ASIAIR USB port)
