Asi294 mc pro bad pixels

There is a large bizarre area in my picture. Is this a sensor defect or it is my user error.

I shoot the horse head nebula with asi294 mc pro, 35@120 sec gain medium, 10 darks and 30 biases and flats frame, All taken from ASIstudio.

Process all frame with Astropixelprocessor, there is a large ugly, round defect in the final picture.

I ask my dealer for replacement of a camera but he said that I should contact ZWO by myself. I already email to ZWO and waiting for response but would like to ask here because I never use dedicated camera. May be it is my user error.

this looks like a cooling issue happen inside the sensor
you can try to cool down the sensor slowly and avoid sensor freezing inside

you can cool the sensor to 5 degree and wait 5 or 10mins
then set it to your target temperature
