ASI 1600 mm pro don’t drop the image

hi, i am having a problem with the ASI1600mm pro. I bought it less than a year ago and it worked great until a few days ago. when I want to make frame and focus in SGP its appears downloading and the image never appears so stay always dowloading. I have already tried with another computer, with new cables and it is not solved. I also tried another program and it doesn't do the first frame. always remains in "downloading". if anyone can help me. thanks.

We have some advices for your reference:

You can try to update SGP(we had several similar cases turned out to be SGP issue)
Have you recently change ASCOM driver(anything else)?
Make sure DC 12V connected and plugging the USB cable into the computer and camera before powering them on

@tech@zwo#42639 I already tried updating SGP and using other programs and nothing. I don't change anything in ASCOM and I always connect first and then turn on the laptop. other idea?
