While testng my ASI6200MM camera, I was unable to take exposures longer than two (2) seconds Attempts were made using ASI Studio, The Sky X Pro and SharpCap 3.2. All apps had been updated prior to testing. Even in ASI Studio I was unable to control the attached ZWO seven (7) position filter wheel. This problem had a simple solution; plug in a power supply! Nowhere in the user manual is it stated that a suitable power supply must be plugged into the camera. As one is not supplied with the ASI6200MM camera, I naively assumed that it was not necessary for testing the camera functions other than cooling. Please consider editing your user's manual to include a well placed statement indicating that a functioning power supply, even if not supplied by ZWO, should be plugged into the camera.
