I also have the same problem with my ASI 294 MC pro. "Dropped frames in Sharpstar. It started dropping frames sporadically since the beginning of the year and got worse and worse, now it shows no picture. I ruled out cable faults, software, etc. I wrote to zwoptical.com a week ago and have had no response. I checked the unwanted messages. Please respond, I am a user with several ZWO cameras and products. I don't want to lose faith in this brand and look at similar options in other brands.
