ASIAIR Pro and EOS 7D MKII

I cannot get my ASIAIR Pro and EOS 7D MKII to go more than 30 sec exposure. Any advise/help appreciated.

I have that camera and it works very well with ASIAIR. Is your camera in bulb mode? You should be able to adjust the exposure time through ASIAIR, ISO. If I were you I would go on YouTube and look for some videos that show how to use ASIAIR, then you should be able to figure it out from there.

I have been using the ASIAIR Pro for a long time now, I used it with a Canon 7D without issues. The 7D MKII is setup as indicated by ZWO.
