One of these last nights, I wanted to test the camera ASI462MC with the all sky lens, so I did a test, trying to make a timelapse of the sky in my city.
I noticed that an annoying reflection appeared, creating a kind of diffraction rings (image attached).
Today, to see what it was, I connected the camera and I saw that when a light source touches the lens, it appears more clearly (I attach another image).
If I rotate the lens, the ring remains in position, although if I rotate the entire camera, it does move, so I don't know what it could be.
I have looked at the sensor in detail and it does not seem to be dirty, beyond those scratches on the edge of the protection window that I mentioned in a previous post and that, as you said, did not affect the images. I don't know if it is a normal reflection from the lens type when a bright light source is nearby.
Again the camera is new and I would like to know if this is normal.
Thank you.
