2600mc that I bought a month ago was not easily connected at all.
Can you experiment with the 2600mc camera remotely?
I did an experiment every day for 4 weeks.
The airpro was not connected at 17.5 degrees Celsius or below.
It was only successful in warm places above 17.6 degrees Celsius.
We all tested 15 to 23 degrees Celsius.

Can I exchange/refund the defective camera by sending it to ZWO?
