What is the maximum camera gain that can be used safely with most ZWO cameras? I have a ZWO ASI533MC Pro and have obtained greater imaging sensitivity, with acceptable SNR, as I increase the gain up tp 390.
Because of my success at high camera gains I want to know what is the maximum gain setting that I can/should use without affecting my camera adversely?
