My understanding is that ASCOM is very closely bound to the Windows environment and therefore very unlikely to be available on Linux. Alpaca doesn't appear to have sufficient support yet and I'm not sure if it ever will. There are other ways to do things if you want to use Linux, but exactly how depends on what you're trying to achieve.
