Hi do ZWO do a converter ( Dummy Battery ) that can plug into the 12v outputs and convert to the 7.2v DC that the Canon 7D uses, as Eagle make one for their units, do ZWO make anything the same ??

you can try set the output to Dew heater in ASIAIR app
you can change the voltage percentage（If voltage drop is ignored，the percent should be about 60，
12V*60%=7.2V）

Recommend test the voltage by the voltmeter firstly（hige voltage may DAMAGE the DSLR）
