Flats saved in named folder

Was wondering if there is a way to have Flats saved in the same-named folder as Lights. since I take multiple photos with multiple filter and such, it is very time-consuming after the fact to go back and see what Flats go with what Lights. Would be great to just go straight to the folder that's is labeled the same as the LIghts.

Yes, I would very much like to have my Flats and Flat-Darks for a given target put into that same folder as the lights to keep track and locate them more efficiently. I shoot frequently at F2 HyperStar and sometimes shoot more than one target per night.

Also to have the ability to create filter names in the Fits headers for OSC lights taken without a filter wheel.

And of course dithering without guiding for quality mounts...
