The six on the camera side are to attache either to the tilt plate of an ASI2600, or direct to the face of the camera. The four on the telescope side are to attach the M68 OAG assembly. If you are using threaded tubes to attach (Or using on a camera like a 294MM) you could either tape over the screw holes, or get short screws (To make sure they will not foul the wheel) to fill any unused holes to avoid light or dust leaks.
