Need help with ZWO ASI120MC-S

i just recently purchased a ZWO ASI120MC-S camera to use with my Celestron NexStar 130SLT telescope, but I think that there is something wrong with it. First of all, when the lens is attached, the image is blurry. When I take the lens off, I get no picture whatsoever, even when it's attacted to the telescope. Am I doing something wrong, or is there something wrong with the camera?
