How to focus guiding camera with ASIAIR? Currently I disconnect the main camera and the guiding camera, connect the guiding camera as main camera and then us the Focus tab to achieve best focus possible. Any other solutions?
NothingMan84. That is one way of doing it. For me. I insert the guide cam in to the scope. I use the mating line of the extension section that attaches to the camera as a reference line. Then I unscrew the front objective out about 3/4 inch. Then I run the guide cam and rotate the front objective in until I can see the image. Takes a little longer but more precise.
That's how I do it. But do not separate physically, only via the ASIAIR app. Connect back after focusing.
