PA problems with the Ritchey Chretien 254/2000 asi 294 MC

I have to find a solution with the plate solve with a Ritchey Chretien 254/2000 and a asi 294mc using the asiair non pro.
So if I do my polar align it find some stars but only 250 to 350 stars average and it can't plate solve? is there a reason for this?
I try all gain position low, mid, high and also the time from 1 sec to 10 sec capture in a very good condition at the night.

I can't find out why it do not plate solve, sometimes it works but most of the time it's just found nothing after 95 sec.

Do I need some material if yes what could I use? Just for info I need to use it native to get as much light as possible.

In the Main Camera Tab. Enter the correct focal length in the box. If not, enter 0 in that box. The chosen camera will automatically calculate plate solve for alignment.

Hi yes it's what I did also, but even this does not help, so I'm a bit lost.
The camera FOV is 0.55° x 0.37° is this enough, it should be!

I try several times and I see it get the plate solve when I turn on the PA for the first step it goes very fast less than a sec then it sees where he is to do after the 60° shift of the mount and then comes the trouble nothing anymore.

I do not have that trouble with my Bresser Mak 152/1900 there it works fine?

There is something wrong with the polar alignment routine, you are not the only one having issues:

Until there's a true fix there's a workaround. Disconnect the mount in the Asiair menu, start the polar alignment, a warning will pop up, hit "continue" and just move the mount manually. Once polar alignment is complete, re-connect the mount and everything will be working normal from that point onwards.
