Improved Focus Module or Direct Live View from Camera

I can never get Focus to work good enough . Is it possible to have a live direct view from the camera so that we can use a traditional method for focusing . I am using DSLR's to image.

Focus mode with Bin 1, not zoomed with the magnifying glass in the upper left, works for me. I can have it refresh every second or so. I am using a dedicated astro cam. Then, when I feel like I have it focused, I switch to Preview mode and take a ten second exposure and click "Detect Star". That shows the average star size to help confirm that the focus is good. The best way is to use an automatic electronic focuser, which I have on order now.

All I get is colour mottle and very hard to see stars which makes it really hard to focus properly.
I always have to disconnect from Asiair and use the display on the back of the camera to get fine focus (dslr)
There are no proper instructions in the manual about how to use this Focus Module, just a vague discription .
If it was possible to see the live view directly from the camera on the app then that would solve the problem and we could focus in a traditional manner.
