2600mm failing to download exposure

pls have a look at the above image. do you see that artefacts?
the image was in .fits format

this issues where combined with the issue of not being able to download the images

Look like many camera model have the same trouble.. ZWO can you tell us what we need to correct? Is it a driver problem or an hardware problem?
I'm starting to lack confidence in your product.

ebonnevi Do you refer to exposure failure problem?
The issue may be caused by faulty cables or power sources, which should be the first things to check during troubleshooting. If the problem consistently occurs in our software, ASIStudio, it might be related to the camera itself. In this case, you can return the camera to the seller for repair.

I just had the same issue... this seems to be some kind of design flaw. I just posted another thread without seeing this (bad forum etiquette, I know). Agree this is major cause for concern that the exact issue is happening across multiple people, but hopefully ZWO has a solution for us other than returning the camera. I am guessing that since the other peripherals are working / recognized, it is something to do with the USB port, which is not great.

Tech@ZWO Hi Tech@ZWO - sorry for not responding for so long, but I got NINA together with the ASII2600MM running so far that I first could solve my tilt issue.

what I did in between : Changed the USB Cable -> no solution! one separate Power supply for the ASI2600MM - > no solution . shorter Ethernetcable ... nothing of that simple "tricks" was helpful.

Yesterday I was shooting solving my tilt issues - so Hicus Focus was firing in Steps of 3s. No single issue for 1 1/2 hour - than at 1 p.m- every 2nd focus run was distroid be the USB issue. So how will you solve issues like this? working for 150 shots and than one error after the other 🤷‍♂️

meanwhile, even with a new USB cable my camera have still the same trouble as many other and mine is out of warranty. Do you think a firmware update / reset could make a difference?
