DEC Mode Auto, North, South, Off - what do these settings do.
DEC and RA Aggr - what do these settings do and when should you adjust them and how to determine if settings are correct.
Calibration step - how does changing this effect guiding.
Max DEC Duration - how does changing this effect guiding.
Max RA Duration - how does changing this effect guiding.

Also more information on dither settings.

All of this requested info should be included in users manual.

To the OP, search Google for PHD2 documentation for the parameters that you are looking for. See here for the aggressiveness parameters, for example:

Seriously though, the lack of MinMo in ASIAIR autoguiding also has a large effect on guiding if you are using a short focal length guide scope. But it is not an adjustable number in ASIAIR.

Mine is a Celestron CGX, EdgeHD 11", 174mm, OAG - I suspect these settings may vary based on equipment.
