I used to image using an ATIK camera and now I've purchased a ZWO ASI294MM Pro that I received recently.
For guiding I've been using a ZWO ASI290mm mini for quite some time.
I have to say that I'm finding very frustrating to work with two ZWO cameras at the same time:
- PHD2 with 290mm mini assigned to ASI 2 in ASCOM
- SGP with 294MM Pro assigned to ASI 1 in ASCOM
As you can see in the following image, PHD shows an error and stops looping:

This is very, very annoying. I used to leave SGP working and go to sleep and now I have to babysit my session in case the error occurs. Disconnecting the main camera and restarting PHD solves the problem temporarily.
The only workaroung I've found to have this happening less often is to connect the cameras in order: First the imaging camera (assigned to ASI 1 in ASCOM) and then the guiding camera (assigned to ASI 2 in ASCOM).
This is obviously far from ideal.
Any suggestions? Have anyone found this same kind of behaviour before?
Any help will be truly appreciated.
