It would be nice if the matching plug was included, I agree. But there's no way ZWO could know how long the cable should be or what sort of plug matches the power supply, since most camera battery boxes are a DIY built by the owner.
So it is a case of find a soldering iron, the plugs and some cable from a hardware store to DIY.
