@asiair@zwo I wanted to suggest that you established a tracker site, or use one of the existing ones that are out there so people can report bugs, indicate they also have the bug, as well as create feature requests, where your user community can vote so you know you are always working on the most desirable features or biggest impacting bugs.
For example: this is one that's well known in the music community for a product called Helix made by Line6. their community votes on features and their development team uses this direct community feedback to prioritize their features and fixes. https://line6.ideascale.com/a/ideas/top

There are also open source versions out there you could just extend this forum to include a voting system.
the other benefit is you will see less repeat requests in these forums if people can simply view and vote the most requested features or known issues.
