Hey I have a zwo ASI183mm I ordered from opt in January 2019. I’ve heard from OPT that there is a 2 year warranty for cameras. I tried reaching out through the contact form but it requires an order number so I can’t reach out there. The camera recently shot out sparks and started smoking, so it is pretty much dead. How do I go about exercising my warranty? Thanks
It is over two years which is out of warranty. You need to pay all the cost(including repair, shipment, taxes, etc.). You may consider buy a new camera.
