I'm a relatively new AAP user and am greatly enjoying using my iPad to wirelessly run my camera & scope/mount. I am interested in EAA (or short exposure, "Live" observing) and have been learning how to use the Live exposure settings in the AAP. I have a few requests to add to the list of features for potential future versions:
1) remove last image from stack (in case there is a gust of wind, satellite, etc. it would be great to remove the most recently stacked image and preserve the previously stacked ones)
2) the ability to rename or edit output file names (flats, lights, darks, etc.)
3) the ability to add an (unobtrusive) line of user-defined annotation onto the image (eg. Scope type, Moon phase, target, sky conditions, etc. - whatever a particular user may deem as important!)
4) other histogram "stretch" function options, much like those provided by StarLightLive (eg. not just linear stretch but x0.25, arcsinh, etc.)
5) ability to "Live" stack R,G,B images to get a colour image (again, available in SLL); even better, some the ability to apply a user defined colours to sets of stacked images and do SHO or other sorts of "colour" images on the fly using the Live exposure
Again, just some suggestions from an already happy EAA & AAP user! Thanks again for supporting EAA with your product!
