Hi, This is from one of my clients regarding the EAF focuser, any help greatly appreciated.

I have just received the EAF focuser and have connected to my scope through the ASIAIR pro.
It works with the remote both fast and slow, but I can’t get it to change speed through the software, the speed is the same for fast or slow.
I have changed the slow to 2 and fast to 50 in the program to no effect.
Can you help?
