Hi,
You will need dark frames to get rid of hot pixels. However, you can create one set of darks with a given gain, offset, temperature and exposure time and one set of bias with the same gain, offset and temperature but obviously with a very short exposure time. Then you can reuse the master dark and master bias for any exposure time of your lights if the lights have the same gain, offset and temperature.
