Yes use only one filter. The uv/ir cut only blocks off the far ends of the spectrum. The L-extreme cuts everything except narrow bands at Ha and Olll. So the L-extreme already cuts the uv and ir so you don't need to cut it again with uv/ir cut, it's already gone.
