ZWO ASI 120mm mini not working

Hi everybody , as the title says ,my guide cam is not working ,i've tried it on multiple computers ,with different cables ,as well as different softwares ( SharpCap pro,ZWO asi cameras ,stellarium and PHD2 and nothing seems to work ,the message is , no ZWO camera detected , driver is up to date, as well as the software , any help would be greatly appreciated ,or should i just toss it and buy another one ? thanks guys

Could you check the device manager?
When you plug the camera into the computer, can you hear the sound of the USB device connected, and is there any new device that appears in the device manager?
Does the device manager display the correct camera name?
Please send us the screenshots of the device manager.

Yes, i've done this test several times ,both of them and neither the device manager nor any new device appears ,also it doesn't show the name in none of the app's ( i am not at home now ,so i can't send screen shots)

I've sent for a new camera , lets's see if the problem is the pc or just the camera, thank you for your help
